My Facebook Advertising Account Has Been Closed

Access Restricted! You cannot manage advertising accounts because you are barred from advertising.

You are not allowed to use Facebook Products to advertise. This is because you do not comply with one or more of our Advertising Policies or other standards by rejecting a large number of ads, attempting to circumvent our ad evaluation process, engaging in fraudulent behavior, or working with unreliable accounts.

After the requested evaluation of your Facebook account, we have found that it does not comply with our Advertising Guidelines or other standards. You will no longer be able to advertise using Facebook Products. This is our final decision.

Hundreds of business ad accounts and personal ad accounts were either closed or deactivated due to the renewed Facebook ad policies in 2021. We receive numerous complaints that my Facebook account has been closed. When we report the situation to Facebook, unfortunately, we cannot get a solution-oriented response because it reduces the support team due to the pandemic. Facebook support team cannot produce a solution for closed ad accounts. When you ask the robots to Request Evaluation for your mistake, you will get a notification denied evaluation.

SOLUTION

First of all, you need to introduce yourself to Facebook as a real person. For this you need to set up Two Factor Authentication. For this, click on the following link: https://www.facebook.com/id Add your phone number on the screen that appears and enter the code sent by SMS. In this way, you will both keep your Facebook account safe and prove yourself to Facebook. This phone number should not be associated with another account!

In the second step, you will need to take a photo of your ID card (unfortunately your TC number should be visible on it) and upload it to the Confirm ID button on the same link. When Whatsapp updates its privacy policy, it is likely that Facebook now wants to advertise with real users. As you know, Facebook went through some radical changes after the elections in America.

After your identity is approved within a few days, click the Request Evaluation button from the Page Quality tab in your business ad account and indicate that you are a real person to Facebook and that you do not do anything against the advertising principles. If you wish, you can forward the following message to the Facebook Support Team.

To contact Facebook directly, click the cursor in the upper right corner of your Facebook account.

Click a Problem Has Occurred heading from the Report a Problem button. Click Other in the first box (from the Select a Field section) on the screen that appears. Edit and paste the following text into the message part.

Dear Facebook Support,

Firstly, I would like to apologize for the issues regarding my business manager (1387761501441628)
and associated ad accounts. I admit to violating quite a number of policies in the past when i was just starting with Facebook ads without adequate information and knowledge of these policies.
I understand why my business manager had to be disable even though it was never my intention to violate any policies or provide information that does not comply with community guidelines.
I have now extensively studied the Facebook advertising policies for the past 3 weeks to make sure every post and name I put up henceforth will fully comply with the policies.
I have also attended training and obtained certification as a digital marketing professional. Recently, at my founder ynsocial (you need social) digital agency, we have extended our color services to include digital marketing for businesses in Turkey who need these services, and Facebook is definitely still our number channel.
I want to appeal that these bans on my business manager be lifted. I promise to do everything it takes to make sure my past mistakes never happen again and to keep the account in order and follow all policies going forward.
